چکیده
Diversas áreas específicas do design tentam superar a artificialidade da vida bordo de um avião, mimetizando facetas quotidiano ao nível solo. A recepção (e despedida) dos passageiros, coreografada à porta cabina, ou os objectos que povoam são exemplos dessa tentativa humanização espaço culturalmente impessoal e asséptico. refeição é momentos ultrapassa mera necessidade alimentar constituindo momento simultaneamente lúdico disciplinador. O serviço dela fazem parte revestem-se características técnicas, funcionais simbólicas permitem diferencia-los. Observamos como esta encenação passou uma realidade fechada incipiente no decurso das décadas quarenta cinquenta para maturidade discursiva português na década oitenta.
